that I got at the beginning of December, who already had 3 stems and was sold as 2 stem plant, decided to make a fourth stem and still had energy to open. This last stem is about 1 meter high. Quite impressive plant.
I'm going for an evening shift again today. Last one of the week unless someone gets sick. I've planned a lunch out tomorrow with a former coworker of the ward I was working in. I'm really looking forward to that. Hope we still can make it. And if not, I'm sure we will do another time.
One employee can to "our" (not really mine anymore) ward yesterday. i was the one who guided her into the place yesterday. She's really nice and has worked on the ward some years ago previously. She burnt out at that time, which is totally understandable for me. Now she's back and hoping that won't happen again.
One was sick yesterday morning, and there's was an employee alone on the ward the whole morning. T did great, but of course it had been a heavy morning on her. It seems that every time I go to work, I walk into a chaos. It's just so never-ending.
Last evening quite many came to give the report to the night nurse face to face. The night nurse works from our floor, so I got hear a lot. So many are unhappy the way they are treated. Some have applied to other facilities. Some are saying they will leave during this spring. People have just been told that from next list they need to put themselves on another floor / ward. Without any discussion, any warning. Our wards are pretty different, and some people just enjoy working with different difficulties. What I'm hearing is that people are being let down and mistreated (employees).
I think that for me it's best to just continue doing the gigs even if I was offered another position. Unless it would include school too. Then I could consider, but honestly it doesn't sound that appealing anymore.
