Not Surprised

As I sat on the balcony this afternoon, I could hear this engine revving and then revving again and wondered what all the noise was about, I looked down at the street and watched as this pickup parked. I say not surprised as we see lots of cars parked in funny odd ways. Sometimes it looks like cars are just abandoned half way into the street, sometimes if the space is not big enough, they drive into the gap and on to the sidewalk and leave it there while pedestrians must then take to the street to get past the vehicle. So today's actions were not surprising. This vehicle stayed about half an hour in this position and we never saw anyone get out
Maybe he was just resting. or talking on his cellphone.
