Last of the Lemons

The little lemon tree we have produces about 6 lemons a year. Lemons take from 6 to 8 months to ripen from flower to a fully formed lemon. I really enjoy giving these precious yellow orbs to people I know will appreciate them. The last one, here, is for me. Impy needed a lemon for a salad dressing, and I just couldn’t give it to her! I want to make a glass of lemonade with it, to really taste the lemon.
