Refuge day!

This great blue heron posed beautifully!! We saw lots of birds. We were at the spillway and caught movement. I saw a huge fish back flip out of the water! Then it moved weirdly down the bank. Johnny said: Ann something has that fish in its mouth and is swimming with it. Too cold for gators and swam like a mammal. I got a few really fuzzy pictures. It appeared to be an otter! How cool is that!!!
Not as cold today. The light was amazing!
Back home . Fed everybody now down to settle in!!
