Toppings

Decided to get the tram into town before I go back to work tomorrow. 
Went to Toppings for a browse. It's a lovely shop but I didn't buy anything as I was reminded how many of the books on sale I actually have at home to read already!
Then John Lewis for a cup of tea and a scone with a view from the 5th floor. Finally I went to the new Sostrene Grene shop where a few small purchases were made. As there are no shops on Princes Street (Edinburgh's disgrace) that would entice me in I got the bus home from outside Waverly Station. 
Picked Frank up from the station at 7.30pm and after catching up on his flying visit to Inverness we watched Call The Midwife.
