What a nuisance

I should be grateful I have only needed to take recourse to them recently, for reading and computer, but what a nuisance.

They come with a mischevious little elf. You never see him but every time you put the glasses down and turn your back he dashes and puts them on a window cill (ideally behind a curtain) in another room.
