OLD

I was completely out of blip opportunities on this grey, chilly day so here's one my Dad took earlier... about 1969 probably, scanned by me from an old negative to fit the Mono Monday theme of "Old" (thanks to laurie54 for hosting). It was a family outing to Stonehenge back in the days when anyone could rock up (see what I did there?) and get up close and personal with the stones. Sisters A2 and A1 are the naughty girls posing on one of the stones, with the heads of some of the rest of the family in the background. I recognise Mum on the right, sister R on far left and someone who was probably a French exchange student in between them.

Another reason for not getting out and about today was because I knuckled down and submitted my tax return and payment, not that my contribution is going to go very far towards filling in the black hole! It's a weight off my mind, though.
