Sleepy Strathaven

After going too heavy at the gym class yesterday, today I headed to Strathaven for a Sunday afternoon swim and steam.  This was likely a mistake as the pool was so full of screaming and/or splashing weans that it was impossible to swim.  The steam room and sauna were also busy with the usual 'football guys' crowd (they do like a sauna) but I managed to find a spot in both whilst they were a bit quieter.  It did help ease off my rather sore legs a big though.  It's just been a bit grim today so I think going to the pool was probably a good cheap way of doing something fun on a Sunday afternoon.

Strathaven was being all sleepy just before sunsent so that's the blip.
