A Productive Christmas Card

A girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do and if that involves sitting all day reading a book of 452 pages for the Book Group meeting on Thursday morning, then so be it. It helps that it is a dreich day outside and the only free day I have to stay put and read.

Having only been outside to get a coffee the blip can was feeling very empty until I prised the Virgin Mary with her dress containing wild flower seeds off her Christmas card and onto a bed of wet kitchen roll where hopefully she will produce many seedlings. 
This was the Christmas inspiration of my niece in Fort William- I just hope it works. What with avocado seedlings and now perhaps wild flower seedlings the house is fast turning into a botanical garden.
