Gillam's

A very dull, dark and wet day here today but milder.

A trip to Ulverston to see a new osteopath.  Sadly, Gillam's don't now open on a Monday but I had a walk around the shops and managed to buy a couple of things.

The osteopath appointment was good and I think I can nearly spin my head around 360 degrees.
