Empire State of mind

Back to normality after a lovely day off with Mr A yesterday.
It's a busy day at work, not helped by my steriliser being loaned to a sister Practice. This means a 2 flights of stairs trip to the autoclave downstairs.
There are only 16 steps in total so it's hardly the Empire State Building (1860 steps), but 116 times up or down would be equivalent. I doubt I will do that many trips and really couldn't be bothered counting!!
Who needs the gym?!
