it had been so very cloudy - i hadn’t anticipated a sunset - was planning to post something - else entirely when all of - a sudden color began streaking - through those clouds - not very much mind you - but enough that i went - to the window camera in hand - to watch, you know, be prepared - isn’t that a good motto

at any rate it’s a good - thing i was already there - because this one, well - let’s just say as soon - as abba painted those - wonderful colors in the sky - he then decided to wipe - them out just as quickly - if you’re one to dither - you’d have missed this - sunset in all its glory - in fact would argue it hadn’t - occurred at all except - here’s the proof

i swear abba does this just - to make certain we’re paying attention - that his efforts aren’t in vain - that we appreciate every little - subtle nuance of artistry - which goes into each - sunset every evening for our delight - he wishes for us to pause - to take a breath with him - enjoy his love pat - to us at the end of the day - reminding us he has us - is watching over us - protecting and guiding us - and of course is leading us to…
