The monthly egg run

126 eggs. Perhaps unsurprisingly I had an omelette this evening but varied my normal recipe by adding two teaspoons of water. Apparently it makes them fluffier, which I can attest to. Some people use milk, others say that makes them too heavy again. I’m wondering what champagne or Prosecco would do …

Last night I dreamt I was in a choir at the Festival Hall. 

Lovely catch up with TGR tonight. She has plans for the future. Well ideas. A vision shall we say. 

R sold her car for cash and a plate of blueberry muffins. 

I am reading Elif Shafak’s There are Rivers in the Sky which is very good.
