Bread Again!

My breadmaker started misbehaving! The dough did not rise properly. I blamed the yeast so bought new yeast - no improvement. I bought different flour..... we were still getting small and rather too solid loaves - sometimes it had hardly risen. Desperation!!
John investigated on YouTube and discovered there was a part called a capacitor on the motor, necessary to provide adequate power to drive the blade that mixed up all the ingredients. YouTube also showed how to replace the capacitor - one was ordered.
A few days later it arrived - YouTube showed how to replace the capacitor....and.....
Last night we baked the perfect loaf - fresh and ready for breakfast
