Debs pond

This morning the friend we had lunch with yesterday called in just after we had  finished breakfast to take me down to the new house he is building. They have just started to put the roof on, I am very interested in the construction as it is an Eco house built to Passivhaus standards and if it passes all the tests it will be the first one in this area.
When I got home I finished gluing the last of the blocks into the organ then went for a walk with the camera as the hoar frost was spectacular .

Our son got back from his holiday just after lunch only stopped long enough to pick up his stuff then went off to work.
We didn't feel like doing much this afternoon  so watched a bit of tv.
The weather started very cold again but by lunch time  the frost had gone and it was cloudy and felt bitter.
