Spread Your Wings

I was hoping for a quiet relaxing day, as I had a few jobs I wanted to finish off around the house. We then had the call; could we have our granddaughter for a few hours this afternoon. It's hard to say no, and the jobs can always be done another time. It was also a gloriously sunny day, and a lot warmer than last week. We took her to the park, where I saw this cormorant with wings spread, on the Scott Memorial. It had to be my blip for today.
