Fossil Hunting

We climbed up into Skelghyll Wood above Ambleside searching for fossils in Hol Beck to claim an earth cache, as you do on a Sunday when the orienteering has been cancelled. Here you have a nice picture of geological layers in the stream bed and some icicles.
