Where night meets day

No walk at all today because when I drew back the curtains at about half past eight this is the sight that met my eyes.  It felt like a bit of a gift, to be honest.  So instead I've had a day doing 'stuff' round the house, worrying about J who had huge work problems to sort out and about my big sis who's just been taken into hospital.

But at least I managed not to spill any more coffee!

The weather has been pretty gloomy, which was disappointing as the forecast until yesterday said wall to wall sunshine and I'd planned to go to Lymington.  Still, I probably wouldn't have gone anyway with other things as they are.
