Brrr

It's looking like the last day of cold dry weather.

A walk into Hyde to collect my prescription & across to see my parents was all done on foot to make the most of it. To soak up the sunshine & enjoy the cool crisp air.

In other news, brother in law's new to him laptop (yesterday's IT helpdesk request) was having WiFi problems and being all slow because Windoze. He agreed to my quick fix of a USB WiFi adaptor and wiping everything clean with an install of Chrome OS. Chromebooks are so easy to use for most people's needs and a fake Chromebook is easily made. The built in WiFi worked fine after the install meaning he could return the adaptor to the store and he left a happy bunny. The IT helpdesk is now closed for the foreseeable :-)
