Light and Shade……

An early walk on a sunny morning in the Wither Hills Farm Park is magical. I am slow when walking uphill and I also stop frequently to photograph the landscape. I was spoiled for choice when I had to select a photo to Blip.
There is a flock of sheep in the area where most people are walking. The sheep are all females and many have a big fat lamb at foot. Many of the mothers have a patch of red toned chalk on their rumps. This lets the farmer know they have been mated and hopefully will be “in lamb”. I’m not too sure of the correct term.
