A slightly geeky diversion enroute to an 18th birthday celebration for honorary nephew Christopher.

The Vintage Vehicle Trust in Glasgow collects, restores and preserves a variety of motorised appliances, and was doing one of their occasional guided tours of a massive garage complex in the east end. D’ya know it was genuinely fascinating to see and learn more about how the public transport road system developed in Scotland, and the enthusiasm of the volunteer guide was infectious! What was slightly concerning was realising just how  many of the huge  number of buses from across the years I had been on when they were current and operational!!
