Curry time

Made a cauliflower and tomato curry after being inspired by a friend’s travel photos. Cauliflower took ages to cook the way I wanted but turned out great in the end. The use of cooking it with a cinnamon stick was a bit odd though but didn’t impact the flavour too much. Used bay leaves from my tree and thankfully didn’t overdo the chilli powder :-)
