Meticulous

My dad meticulously kept a training log of every training run and race. However, I had no idea he also kept a list of every time he used each pair of running shoes. These were first used on August 18, 2020 for 4 hours around the house. The last time he wore them was on December 9, 2024 for a 38 minute training run along the canal. This proved to be his final run.
