Blast on the beach

Fun day for us all.
Keely did sports training first, she was long jumping, high jumping, going over the A frame and going around an object. Our trainer was pleased with how much she was enjoying it and how happy she was to push herself. She is beautifully athletic :-)
We had a couple of hours to kill before Dina was booked into mantrailing so I decided to go to the beach as the tide was still far enough out to have enough beach to still enjoy. Dina and Keely were enjoying making the seagulls take off.
This afternoon Dina and I went mantrailing, it's always fast and fun with Dina, but she got to her trail layer, which is what we want.
