Romeinse Limespad...

Today I walked with my niece & her friend the last stage of the "Romeinse Limespad" (Roman Limes walking path). The route follows (as accurately as possible given the current situation) the Limes Road, the main road used by the Romans to connect the many forts along the border of the Roman Empire in the Netherlands. We are here crossing the river Waal and left of the high buildings the Roman tenth legion was stationed.  It was a nice, foggy, cold walk...
