A Day In The Life

Frosted

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
(from Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening by Robert Frost)

This is the view looking down the banking to the gully and the creek that cuts through from right to left. This is where the dear deer travel to and fro all year long made visible by winter’s leafless trees and dead vegetation • It’s been lightly snowing all day although the sun peeked through for a few moments before disappearing again in snow-filled clouds. Another inch is to fall after dark. A bit of snow is welcome to brighten our dull winter landscape, but not enough to require plowing or shoveling :) • Hope y’all are enjoying a lovely weekend • Peace and Love
