Silly Saturday

I woke to freezing fog this morning, it took until lunchtime to clear but the frost never lifted. Decided I was having a day at home so did a few chores and made a pan of soup. I very gingerly took a walk along a frozen prom late afternoon…even the beach was frosted. Yesterday’s scene was being repeated when I reached the end but today it came complete with a smiley face! I managed to get home unscathed if a little cold…not planning to move from under my blanket this evening!
