Hi-viz hero

I’m still a pain in the bum so slipped on the hi-viz hero outfit again this morning at parkrun. I had the bottom of the hill turn point where it was very slippy but beautifully sunny. Thankfully everyone heeded the warnings, slowed for the turn and got round safely.
I really want to get back running, but honestly preferred to be standing still in those conditions.
