Anyone Know What This Is ?

The clue is in the title here, does anyone know what this insect is? I have no idea what it is but it just came in through my window and sat on my shoulder, then moved to the laptop screen, i didnt like it much, but it carefully put it back outside even though every natural instinct was telling me to kill it before it killed me. Answers on a postcard, or in a comment as that'll be quicker...
