Parkrun Day..

Soooo cold -3 start.
Scary seafront run skiing would have been safer!! the ice all the way slip sliding..
Happy to safely, slowly slide to the finish without any orthopaedic  breaks.. 635+runners
On walking to Station 40 mins bumped into lovely Barclay. Pam and Ian had.Barclay since baby training for Guide dogs for the Blind.

I took the train To.Chichester was so easy compared to taking the car.. 
so exhausted it is 15:00 hours and 23,000 steps needing to stop..
Now Virgin River episode 6 of 10..on the latest season.
