Bad Bunch

This is the best of a bad bunch...

What am I doing wrong? Since changing to RAW a lot of my photos have an over exposed red ming to them when I upload them :( it makes me sad. If anyone can point me in the right and probably obvious direction to fix this, please feel free, thanks :)
