New bridge, new grafitti

After 2 years plus, the new pedestrian bridge has opened over the drain so went to check it out. There is also a new road and bridge which currently go nowhere as the Council have run out of money... The graffiti has started in the meantime..
Saw a heron, cormorants, little egret and swans in the drain so that was a joy. Beautiful day here, sunny if cold.
