Red hot chilis

There's nothing like a little chili and today I learned that chili heat is measured in terms of the Scoville unit. A jalapeno rates between 2,500-8,000 SHU. A Sotch Bonnet is hotter at 100,000 to 350,000 SHU. The Carolina Reaper is the champion at 2,000,000 units!

Top tip: if your face is melting because of chili heat, drink a glass of milk.
