I see the headline, “Ukrainian forces crush Russian assault near kursk in major battle” ok, so, they didn’t capitalize Kursk. 

They have an older story saying that Ukraine’s special forces repelled a North Korean assault in Kursk. 

Members of the 810 Brigade have been bragging about executing Ukrainian prisoners. Ukrainians struck a gathering of Russian soldiers from the 810 Brigade in Kursk with missiles. They are trying to wipe the brigade out.
