If you look carefully you'll see 2 seagulls perched at the top of this building. Blipped from the bus, hence the reflected diagonal flash of light.

Was returning from an early appt at the hospital - all fine. Took the bus to Makkah in Parkstone again - no radicchio. But bought a fresh artichoke as a treat.

Looked in Waitrose which was promoting Veganuary - yet you really had to hunt for the few vegan products they offer. We had flat whites in the café ('drinkable'' - preparation OK, but their coffee blend is 5/10). Asked if they had any vegan pastries - answer no!

I can't understand why Waitrose and M&S have such a limited and badly signposted vegan offer (yes, they l have prepared foods).

Before going home, had an Aspall at Wetherspoon in the centre, and a Gregg Vegan Sausage Roll
