Boys get sad too

I spotted this person wearing an interesting sweatshirt when I was having my after exercise coffee this morning. Took me a while to work out it said ‘boys get sad too’ which I thought was a good message. I made it to an Aqua aerobic class for the first time for two and a half years. So pleased with myself! I didn’t over exert myself and I think I was a bit behind everyone else but it feels a great achievement!
