Frosty Friday
It was very frosty this morning, and cold - but the sun was shining and we had blue skies! Many parts of the woods looked like it was snow rather than frost. In the woods there was a large puddle (different to the one yesterday) that was frozen, and a man was having fun driving his remote controlled 4x4 car over the ice - he was spotted by a large Golden Retriever who came bounding over to chase the remote car, but was skidding and slipping on the ice so much that the dog could not get near the car!
I had some admin chores to do at home and somehow the day has disappeared.
Tommy arrived home at about 5pm and it was lovely to see him again. We now have to get ready to drive up to London where we are meeting the rest of the family for Adam's farewell dinner. It will be very sad saying goodbye to Adam tonight. He flies to San Diego tomorrow morning.
