Kestrel

Another cold but beautiful morning. We walked round Kings Park for some fresh air and exercise. This beautiful kestrel was sitting still on one of the trees. No doubt looking out for breakfast. The ground was frozen solid and there were no golfers. Plenty of runners,  walkers and dogs though.

Had a good time yesterday with a substantial lunch and lots of chat. Walked up to the Necropolis but there were no signs of spring bulbs by my ancestors' grave. There's still time for them to put in an appearance of course but I wonder if the squirrels dug them up in the autumn.

Had my hair tidied up first thing which was a relief. I have lots to do in the house which I am determined to tackle over the weekend. Hope you have a good one.
