Rory and I decided to head off on the bikes this morning - the wee route between Cramond Brig and South Queensferry being a suitable track for an 11 year old.

Midway, I decided to wander out to the low-tide sands, and I think you can guess what happened next... Good job I was wearing tough trainers!
