Another one…..

Early session (9:45) well early for a retired person in the winter, at the weights class. A PT hadn’t had before called Pete. He took me aside before the rest of the class came in and gave me alternatives for when the bending of toe is used.

It was a busy class but fun. I’m glad I went .

Got a weird call from my SiL on behalf of my brother talking about my mum’s jewellery and iPad. Too complicated to write about but basically wants something of my mum to give to Rachel his daughter which is fine. Mum didn’t have a lot of jewels apart from a gold bracelet and necklace which she wore every day and her rings which I will keep as I wear her wedding grand next to mine.
