(009) Ah...Capella

The twilight sky this afternoon was full of interest. This is a phone snap so only shows a few of the brighter objects in this direction. Capella, the sixth-brightest star in the night sky, is just visible to the top left of the picture and Jupiter is just above the treeline. Obviously, the moon dominates this view but once clear of the built up area there is competition from Mars to the NE and a brilliant Venus to the SW. Saturn is also visible to the naked eye, close to the direction of Venus.
