Dogwood

The sky was clear this morning and there was some lovely predawn colour. I didn’t take a photo though as l was getting ready for the water fitness class. It was an energetic one with some old numbers. The pool was very atmospheric with mist rising from the surface. Lovely.

Back home l was busy with various activities while my husband was out on a bike ride with his friends. They had a lovely day for it as it’s been continuous sun but fairly cold. At some point I took a shot of the sun shining on the colourful dogwood shrub which will have new beginnings from the developing buds later in the year. I then edited it in Snapseed adding some grunge for interest.

This evening was the camera club with us split into groups discussing sets of images we had send in. It was a fairly interesting evening.
