Bon appetite

I actually had an unexpectedly busy day today.
I had no plans other than to make a gnocchi dish in the evening . But I also ended up going into town and having my hair cut!
When I got home, I had been wanting to cook a dish. No fuss Gnocchi!
It was the first time for me ever, using the oven independently. I’ve always used the hob so now I feel very equipped and comfortable to tackle most things in the kitchen
