Dinner for One

My poor husband is laid up in bed all day with the man-flu. Cancelled weekend plans which is a big shame as it is his birthday on Saturday. With nobody to share with, I downgraded dinner to veggie sausage on toast for me. So busy with work I’ve not had time this week to even look up and notice the weather let alone get out for a walk. I am keeping up with my new reading habit though and feel engaged in War and Peace already!
