Unexpected gift

I went swimming with two senior friends today. First time since before Christmas so very pleased with my forty lengths (only 25 metre lengths).
We always go to the City Church for tea and cake. As it was a cold day we added soup to that.
Then we were given a bag of goodies handed in by Energy Save to be handed out to all the Senior Citizens. A lovely surprise and a great mixed selection along with a recipe sheet which take 5 minutes max in the microwave for all the meals suggested and a leaflet showing where to get energy help if needed.
