Lost and Found

I had a box of cards and memorabilia, letters.  I remembered the cards and notes were in an envelope but could I find them?!  I had the house upside down looking in every drawer, cupboard and was becoming increasingly worried that I had thrown them away?  Surely not and couldn't think I would but was starting to question myself.  I had a brainwave this morning and had a look in the shed - and there was the box, full to the brim with cards and notes.  What a relief - next job...... re-reading (cue tears) and sorting them out.  I did laugh at the note and magazine cutting that Aimee had posted to me around ten years ago!

I didn't manage it today as M came for lunch and we chatted and laughed and then had a long muddy walk.  I made Minestrone soup for lunch so unlikely I will want any dinner - just cheese and a glass of wine.  OH visiting MIL in the home while I type this so hopefully he will feel the same?
