A little bit of overnight snow and ice meant I had good crunchy walk underfoot this morning. It was so cold!

I prepped butternut squash. Half to roast and eat with the remainder of last night's frittata.

The other half has gone into the slow cooker with other ingredients for dinner tomorrow.

The border is finished on my 2024 temperature blanket so I've made a start on my 2025 freestyle embroidery project. 

There's a shop in town called Make Do & Mend. I don't think anything is brand new but it's full of half done projects or other people's unused craft supplies. It's a fantastic shop. I bought the canvas and threads for my embroidery there. Perhaps, it'll be an unfinished project too.
