Brave or foolhardy

On my way to the charity shop I blipped this chap, and bear in mind it was -2 centigrade (felt like -7 according to my weather app). I blip this because for a few years both Martin and I have asked the question, as to why would anyone wear shorts when it’s obviously cold enough to need a woolly bobble hat.

I know that most people lose heat through their heads, but we find it weird to wear shorts during winter. That said, each to their own and well done to him for being so brave.
