There are signs of local political activism on every street corner. It's like the eighties all over again. Today, the bedroom tax casting a shadow over so many people's lives.

On Sunday I saw a man on his own on a mobility scooter, must have been in his seventies, with sandwich boards all around him at the back and sides protesting individually about the bedroom tax. Go him!
