2025 Wednesday — Arm & a Leg

I’m thinking of this as “an arm and a leg” kind of day. Both pups, they are really senior citizens, had veterinary appointments today; their annual physical. Mitzi (tan) just had her 16th birthday in December and Chloe (white) is 14 1/2. When their appointments were over, there were several big dogs in the waiting room, so I took the pups straight out to the car while Mr. Fun waited for the statement to be itemized and he paid what we owed. It was later after walking the pups that Mr. Fun casually dropped the total expense on my hearing; quite a bomb. An arm and a leg!
